Return, Refund and Shipping Policies
Return and Refund Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy:

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.
• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Express Shipping: If available, express delivery takes 1–3 business days.
3. International Shipping:
• We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping cost and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some oversized or fragile items may require special shipping arrangements. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you directly.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages:
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow 7–10 business days for the investigation.
7. Delivery Issues:
• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery delays or issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Delays:
• While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times. We will keep you informed of any delays.
