At Renova Build, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, provided that:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Product is in resaleable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Product is not custom-made or a special order

Change-of-mind returns may incur:

  • Return freight charges
  • Restocking fee of up to 20% for supplier-returned items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

  • Custom vanities, made-to-order cabinetry, custom stone tops
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Installed or used plumbing fixtures
  • Opened sealant, adhesives, chemicals
  • Special-order imported items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos of packaging and product
  • Keep all packaging until claim is resolved

We will assess and arrange repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within:

  • 3–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Product is returned incomplete
  • Packaging is damaged beyond normal inspection
  • Item has signs of handling or attempted installation

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

For bulky items such as vanities, toilets, mirrors, stone tops or panels, shipping availability may vary by postcode.

Standard stocked items:

Supplier stock / larger items:

  • 5–15 business days

Custom or imported products:

  • Estimated lead times are provided individually

Delivery Conditions

Please ensure:

  • The correct address is entered at checkout
  • Someone is available to receive bulky deliveries
  • Safe site access is available

Missed deliveries or re-delivery may incur extra charges.

Heavy / Fragile Items

Large bathroom products may be delivered kerbside only unless otherwise arranged.

Customers should inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
