Residential building work
Renova Build holds Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF) eligibility with icare NSW, approved from 16 October 2025 to 15 October 2028 for residential building work, to a maximum contract value of $750,000 for work to an existing dwelling and $150,000 for work to an existing residential apartment building.
HBCF eligibility is not itself insurance. A separate certificate of insurance is issued for each individual project where one is required under the Home Building Act 1989. Licences can be verified on the NSW Fair Trading public register.
