Modifications that keep people at home for longer.

How we help

Modifications that keep people at home for longer.

Whether it is a single grab rail or a full bathroom conversion, the work is planned around the person who has to live with it — not around what is quickest to install.

We work from your OT report

Send us the occupational therapist's recommendations and we scope the build around them.

Quotes you can submit

A detailed written scope and quotation formatted to share with your coordinator, plan manager or provider.

Respectful of the home

Tidy sites, protected floors, clear daily communication and minimal disruption while someone is living there.

Staged where needed

Where a bathroom is the only one in the home, we plan the works to keep it usable as long as possible.

Good to know

Accessible bathroom questions.

Do I need an occupational therapist report first?

For funded home modifications an occupational therapist assessment is usually required, and the recommendations in that report shape the scope of works. If you already have a report, send it through with your enquiry. If you do not, we can still quote the work privately.

Can you provide a quote I can submit for approval?

Yes. After the site assessment we provide a detailed written scope and quotation set out so it can be shared with a support coordinator, plan manager or provider.

Are you licensed and insured for this work?

Yes. Renova Holdings Pty Ltd holds NSW contractor licence 397801C and our director and builder Alireza Kamalzadeh holds licence 99764S. In NSW a contractor licence is required for residential building work valued over $5,000 including GST, and home building compensation cover is required for work over $20,000 including GST. Our licences can be checked on the NSW Government public register.

Can the bathroom still be used during the works?

Where it is the only bathroom in the home we plan the sequence to keep it usable for as long as possible, and we tell you in advance which days it will be out of service. For larger conversions, alternative arrangements may be needed for part of the build.

Is the waterproofing certified?

Yes. Waterproofing to wet areas is completed by appropriately qualified trades in accordance with applicable requirements, and certification is provided on completion.

Tell us what's needed.

Send through the requirements or the OT report and we'll assess the home and quote the works.
