How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most complete bathroom renovations take approximately three to five weeks after the design, selections and scheduling have been finalised. Timing can vary depending on the scope, approvals and existing site conditions.
Do you manage plumbing and electrical trades?
Yes. Renova Build coordinates the licensed plumbers, electricians and other required trades as part of the renovation, giving you one primary point of contact throughout the project.
Is waterproofing certified?
Yes. Waterproofing is completed by appropriately qualified trades in accordance with applicable requirements. Certification is provided, and our bathroom renovations include a seven-year waterproofing warranty.
Can I choose products from your showroom?
Yes. You can visit our showroom at 104 George Street, Hornsby NSW, to view and select vanities, tapware, tiles, mirrors and other bathroom finishes.
Do you provide a detailed fixed scope?
Yes. Following the site inspection and confirmed selections, we provide a detailed scope and quotation. Client-requested changes or unforeseen site conditions are discussed and approved before proceeding as variations.
