Do you offer free initial consultations?
Yes. We offer a complimentary initial conversation to understand your renovation goals, property and preferred timing. If a detailed site inspection or additional design service is required, any applicable cost will be discussed with you beforehand.
Which areas of Sydney do you service?
Renova Build services Sydney, with a strong focus on Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, the North Shore, Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs. Contact us with your project suburb so we can confirm availability.
What information should I include with my enquiry?
Your name, contact details, project suburb and the type of renovation are enough to get started. We will ask about budget, timing and property details on the call.
Can I visit the showroom before receiving a quote?
Yes. You can visit our showroom at 104 George Street, Hornsby NSW, to view renovation products and finishes. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Please contact us before visiting.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Renova Build holds NSW contractor licence 397801C. Our director and builder Alireza Kamalzadeh holds licence 99764S, and Arshia Kamalzadeh holds contractor licence 395823C. All licences can be checked on the NSW Fair Trading public register.
