Good to know
Home renovation questions.
How long does a complete home renovation take?
Most complete home renovations require approximately 8 to 20 weeks of construction after the planning, selections and approvals have been completed. The timeframe depends on the property, project scope, structural work and product availability. A project schedule is provided before commencement.
Can we remain living in the home during construction?
This depends on the extent of the renovation. Remaining in the property may be possible for staged or partial renovations. For major whole-home renovations, temporarily relocating can be safer, more comfortable and more efficient. We discuss this with you during planning.
Do you manage all licensed trades?
Yes. Renova Build coordinates the appropriately licensed plumbers, electricians and other required trades, giving you one primary point of contact throughout the renovation.
Can we select products from your showroom?
Yes. You can visit our showroom at 104 George Street, Hornsby NSW, to view and select kitchens, vanities, tiles, tapware and other renovation finishes.
Do you provide a detailed fixed scope?
Yes. After the site inspection and confirmed selections, we provide a detailed scope and quotation. Client-requested changes or unforeseen site conditions are discussed and approved before proceeding as variations.
