A laundry that earns its space.

Why it matters

A laundry that earns its space.

Most laundries are an afterthought — a machine shoved in a cupboard and a tap. Done properly, the same footprint can hold a full-size washer and dryer, a decent tub, hanging space and real storage.

Every centimetre planned

Appliance positions, benchtop runs and storage worked out before anything is ordered.

Plumbed properly

Waste, water and drainage set out for the machines you actually own.

Finished like the rest of the house

Same tiling, joinery and paint standard as a bathroom or kitchen job.

Good to know

Laundry renovation questions.

Can you fit a full-size washer and dryer into a small laundry?

Often yes. Stacking the dryer above the washer, or running a benchtop over side-by-side machines, usually frees up more usable space than people expect. We measure the room and your appliances before we design anything.

Does a laundry need waterproofing?

Laundries are wet areas and waterproofing requirements apply. Waterproofing is completed by appropriately qualified trades in accordance with applicable requirements, and certification is provided.

Can the laundry be done at the same time as a bathroom?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper to do so. The same trades, waterproofing and tiling are already on site, which reduces mobilisation costs and total time.

Do you provide a detailed fixed scope?

Yes. After the site inspection and confirmed selections, we provide a detailed scope and quotation. Client-requested changes or unforeseen site conditions are discussed and approved before proceeding as variations.
