Before you start.
Do you take on whole-home renovations, or only single rooms?
Both. This Surry Hills job covered the bathroom and the kitchen in one build. We design it, supply it and build it with our own team, so you are not coordinating separate trades who have never worked together.
Can I see the materials before I decide?
Yes. Tiles, tapware, vanities, benchtops and mirrors are on display at our showroom at 104 George St, Hornsby, so you choose at full size rather than from a screen.
How do you price a renovation?
We will not quote a number before seeing the space, because a figure given over the phone is a guess. After a site visit we give you a written scope and a fixed price against it, at no cost. Variations only happen when you approve them.
What warranty do I get?
A seven-year waterproofing warranty written into your contract, on top of the statutory warranties that come with a licensed NSW builder. Our licence number is 397801C.
